This is a weird glitch in Wireguard that mostly seems to occur when Wireguard has been improperly shutdown or shutdown during the connecting phase. It only seems to happen on Windows devices as well.
To fix this, do the following
- Go to Services
- Find and select the service Wireguard Manager
- Restart the service
Another option is just to restart your computer.
