When the hourly mails don't stop, there are 2 reasons that could cause this

1. The certificate of the site that hosts the file has expired
2. The respository on the EFA server is outdated

1. Check the certificate by going to https://dl.efa-project.org in your browser
2. If the certificate is invalid, then you do not need to do anything. All you can do is wait untill the certificate is renewed
3. If the certificate is valid, then login to your EFA server as root, you will need shell access, not the menu.
4. Use following command to clean the repository list: yum clean all
5. Rebuild the respository with this: yum check-update
6. Now wait and see if you no longer recieve the messages, they should be stopped now because the repository has been updated with the lastest version
